Meet Irina.
Cera was in a foster home and being treated for an upper respiratory infection when she suddenly experienced multiple seizures. She was rushed to the emergency vet with CKCF's assistance, where the vet concluded the seizures were from her very high fever and immediately worked to bring it back down with IV fluids and medication.
After an overnight stay and care, she was discharged back to her foster home and continued to recover, eat, and gain weight. She was soon well enough to go up for adoption and is currently in her forever home!
